Using PERFECT CRM you can build outstanding Marketing Plans that are structured like this: each Marketing Plan contains many Campaigns, each Campaign contains many Marketing Projects, each Marketing Project contains many Tasks, each Task has associated Costs generated by third parties or own resources. Accounts are Companies or Persons with all the needed information filled (names, address, email, company name, bank accounts, industry field, account tags, account scoring, contact persons list, maps location, marketing lists, activities, quotations, opportunities, etc.). You can email, send an SMS or Whatsapp message or Call by clicking one button, on the contact person. You can subscribe or unsubscribe manually your clients from different Marketing Lists.

scoring and tagging

You can define many scoring systems to evaluate your accounts from different perspectives. You can score them considering many criteria like their budget, expected purchase time, location, their authority, etc. In the same way you can tag the accounts in order to filter them easier. Having the accounts scorings and tags you can profile them and generate different customized marketing lists.

leads

Leads can contain only one email address for example but still can be contacted via emailing campaigns. You can import leads from Excel, Facebook, etc. You can do the full set of activities with them, emailing/SMS/Whatsapp/Calls campaigns. The Prospects from PERFECT LANDING, the Customers from PERFECT SHOP and the Subscribers from PERFECT HELPDESK are automatically copied in Leads.

Marketing List themselves can be manipulated using operations like: Add To, Subtract From, Move to. Marketing Lists are automatically generated using the Accounts Marketing List Generator, Leads Marketing List Generator or, when you move Leads in Accounts for example.

Set products' weights, lengths, text attributes (like colors, white, red, blue), value attributes (like warranty, 12 months, 24 months, etc), brands, taxes, categories, subcategories, and sub-subcategories. The brand logo that you add in Brands will be used to replace automatically the product photo in the case that is missing. The taxes will be set for each product according to the countries' legislation regarding the companies or persons.

You can add for each supplier, his details, the contact persons, the supplier's currency together with the cost and price coefficients. For product cost calculation you have cost coefficient sets that help you modify in no time the cost of all products. For product selling prices you can have up to 4 partner levels like Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc., and more coefficient sets to adjust prices on the fly. In such a way you can keep a healthy margin for the whole catalog without modifying product prices one by one. You need to know the products' margin for marketing campaigns' ROI calculation. There is available a FAST EDIT menu option where you can edit the cost and prices for large amounts of products or for products imported from Excel, XML, or JSON.

There are switches for active products, online products, accounting products, export products, etc. You can select products to build and export in all formats (Excel, XML, Word, PDF, etc.) customized price lists. Sellers are the sales agents that are operating the CRM. You can set KPIs for each seller based on sales, margin, new leads, or the number of activities (number of calls, number of visits, etc.) for any period of time (month, quarter, etc.). You can define more sellers' teams to split the company revenue by sales channels.

Being a multi-currency platform you can make quotations using more currencies, calculating for each item the margin like value or percent and the sub-totals for each currency. You can generate quotations from PERFECT SHOP orders if you like to modify the customer's order (items' quantity, special prices, etc.) saving sellers' time.

You can define more opportunities pipelines. The opportunities are tracking in time the quotations or the PERFECT SHOP orders that you made for a certain account. For a better understanding, you have a Kanban view (graphical representation) of the opportunities. You have separate reports for the opportunities revenue from quotations or the opportunities revenue from shop orders.
